What is organisational culture?

The culture of your organisation simply refers to the way things are done, and thought about, in your organisation. It encompasses the values, beliefs, assumptions, and attitudes that guide people’s behaviours and contribute to the unique environment within your organisation. The culture(s) in your organisation and your program/s can affect your ability to attract and retain effective teams, and thus can impact the program quality.

Reflection

Each intermediary will have its own culture, in fact, even individual programs you deliver and specific cohorts can have unique cultures.
